Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the product either opened or unopened and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Outside of the initial 30-day return window, items must be unopened in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that your order was received. Please contact us to arrange your return.

Non-returnable items: Gift Cards

To start a return, you can contact us at care@healthappinessnutrition.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

For approved returns, please safely and securely package your items and ship them by reliable carrier to:

If you are shipping items valued over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

In general, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UpNourish cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received. Depending on where the item is being shipped to/from, shipping times may vary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a 20% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a refund has been completely processed by UpNourish, the issue will be the responsibility between you and your financial institution.
